Cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 Pkg
Aneto chicken broth
1 Tbsp
Tomato paste
½ Tsp
Chili powder
½ Tsp
Onion powder
1 Tsp
Cumin

Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ Cups corn kernels
3 Cups
Rotisserie Chicken, pulled or diced
Salt And Pepper
2 Cups
Cooked Matiz paella rice

½ cup Aneto Vegetable Broth

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

½ cup olive oil

1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Place broth, vinegar, mustard, honey, oil, garlic, and seasoning in a sealable container (like a mason jar).
  2. Tightly seal the container or jar and vigorously shake until the vinaigrette is combined.
  3. Place the vinaigrette in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
